Father’s Day is a time to celebrate the guidance and protection that fathers provide. But there’s a way to cultivate paternal qualities, such as safety, strength, and security within yourself. This is the work of honoring your inner father.

What Is an Inner Father?

Your inner father is the voice within you that represents safety, strength, and security. It’s the voice that tells you that you can handle challenges and overcome obstacles. It’s the voice that tells you that you are deserving of respect and love. Your inner father is a source of guidance, support, and protection that can help you navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. A strong inner father can help you:
